Welcome to St. Vincent de Paul

Welcome to our parish web site. The intent of this site is to provide parishioners and visitors information about our parish and our ministries. Here, you will have the opportunity to contact a member of our staff or to link with other sites in the Universal Church.

As a priest of Jesus Christ & as pastor, I intend to lead our parish in union with the Holy Father, Pope Francis and our diocesan shepherd, Bishop Peter J. Jugis, J.C.D.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything that I may be able to do for you. I am here to serve.

Welcome and may God Bless You.

Fr. Mark Lawlor,

Mission Statement

Guided by the Holy Spirit, the Parish of St. Vincent de Paul carries out Christ's mission of saving souls by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, providing a solid foundation rooted in the Truth and Traditions of our Catholic Faith, and creating a welcoming and caring community through acts of charity, acceptance, and thankful stewardship.

A warm welcome to our newly ordained Parochial Vicar Father Casey Coleman.

Get to know Fr. Coleman better through his own words...

"I was born in December 1981 in Dayton, OH. and then moved to Winston-Salem and ultimately, the Charlotte area where I graduated High School at Sun Valley in Monroe, NC. I graduated from NC State with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. I then went to work with Corning Cable Systems LLC as an engineer untill I took action on my calling to be a priest and entered Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia in 2009. I am a big fan of the Avenger series as I think they are a vehicle for promoting virtue plus they are clean fun movies. I was baptized Catholic as an infant, but never really grew up practicing due to family circumstances with my mom working weekends, so it wasn't until after college that I received the rest of the sacraments.  After confirmation, my desire to pray steadily grew along with my desire to attend daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration as much as possible. All of this led to my eventually hearing God's voice speaking to me about the priesthood in prayer and through others.""
